I called pretty late at night but Ed still came out and arrived swiftly to fix our lock. We have a UPVC door and the handle was fixed by the previous owner in an extremely unusual way, but Ed still patiently and skillfully took it off. Ed let me keep everything that was working and made sure that I was happy with his work.
